HMD is planning to launch a cheaper HMD Bold in India; specs and pricing have leaked.

HMD’s next low-cost smartphone, which is expected to retail for less than Rs 10,000 in India, was recently leaked. For anyone searching for a low-cost gadget that provides the necessary functionality without exceeding their budget, this would be an inexpensive option. Here is a list of all the information disclosed by the recent breach.

HMD Bold:

The new HMD Bold features a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The HMD Bold is powered by the Unisoc T7200 SoC and is available with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.

The HMD Bold features a dual camera with a 50MP primary sensor. It comes with a secondary 0.8MP depth sensor with LED flash. It features an 8MP selfie shooter.

The connectivity options include a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi, Dual SIM with 4G LTE, VoLTE support, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, A-GPS, and GLONASS, along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device packs a 5000 mAh battery with 20W charge support. The HMD Bold runs on Android 15 OS.

Pricing:

The HMD Bold comes in two colours: blue and Brown. Further, the source revealed that HMD Bold 4GB/128GB will cost Rs . 7,999/-, whereas 6GB/128GB at Rs . 9999/- in India. It is expected to launch in Q4 2025.
