The OnePlus Nord 5 will be the first Nord to have a top-of-the-line Qualcomm chipset. It and the Nord CE 5 will be unveiled on July 8, most likely as smartphones exclusive to India.
OnePlus Nord 5:
The new OnePlus Nord 5 will sport a larger 6.83-inch 1.5K (2772 x 1240p) AMOLED display. It will sport a 144Hz refresh rate, a 10-bit screen, and HDR10+ support. The device is now powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage options.
The OnePlus Nord 5 has a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide Sony IMX355 sensor. Under the punch-hole display, there is a 50MP selfie camera. This time, the phone packs a massive 6700 mAh battery with faster 100W wired charging support. For Global regions, it’s 5200 mAh with 80W SuperVooC fast charge support.
An independent “shortcut key” is on the phone’s left side. In addition to standard scene switching features like mute, vibration, and ring, it has custom settings for 8 functions, such as one-click flash memory, one-click mute, one-click translation, and one-click recording.
Additionally, the phone has a built-in “Glacier Cooling System”, which provides 7300 mm2 of VC cooling area and 4000 mm2 of cooling area on the back cover.
The device gets Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, Wi-Fi 7, a USB Type-C Port, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a linear motor vibrator. The OnePlus Nord 5 will run on Android 15 OS with OxygenOS 15 out of the box. It arrives in Dry Ice, Marble Sands, and Phantom Gray colours.

The new OnePlus Nord CE 5 will sport a larger 6.77-inch FHD+ (2392×1080p) AMOLED display. It will sport a 120Hz refresh rate, a 10-bit screen, and HDR10+ support. The latest Dimensity 8350 SoC now powers 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage options.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 has a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Under the punch-hole display, there is the same old 16MP selfie camera. The phone packs a massive 6200 mAh battery with faster 80W wired charging support. For Global markets, it’s 5200 mAh with 80W fast charge support.
The device has a glacier cooling system with 29772mm2 heat dissipation area, 7000+mm2 Super VC.
The device gets Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, a USB Type-C Port, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a linear motor vibrator. The OnePlus Nord CE 5 will run on Android 15 OS with OxygenOS 15. It arrives in Black Infinity and Marble Mist colours.
