OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch date of its new Turbo series after weeks of leaks and rumours. The lineup, which includes the OnePlus Turbo 6 and Turbo 6V, will be unveiled on January 8, 2026. Ahead of the event, the company has already shared images, colour options, and memory configurations for both phones.
The OnePlus Turbo 6 will be sold in four variants: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. It will be available in three colors: Lone Black, Chasing Light Silver, and Wilderness Green.

The OnePlus Turbo 6V will come in three versions: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. Colour choices for this model include Lone Black, Nova White, and Fearless Blue.

Both devices are rumoured to feature flat displays with 1.5K resolution. The Turbo 6 is expected to have a 6.78-inch screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, while the Turbo 6V may offer a slightly larger 6.8-inch display running at 144Hz.
Under the hood, the Turbo 6 is said to use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, whereas the Turbo 6V is likely to ship with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Each phone is tipped to pack a sizable 9,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging.
The Turbo 6 may further distinguish itself with 27W reverse wired charging, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. Both models are expected to run ColorOS 16, based on Android 16, and include standard features such as an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, a plastic frame, and IP68/69-rated dust and water resistance.
More details, including camera specs and pricing, should surface as the January 8 launch approaches.
