In China, Oppo will launch a new K series smartphone. In a recent report, we learned about Oppo’s upcoming K12 chipset.

There have been more details revealed about this handset recently. A similar set of features might also be found on a OnePlus phone, according to the source.

The Oppo K12 will feature a flat display and a right-angle frame, according to Chinese tipster Smart Pikachu. It will be similar to its predecessor, the Oppo K11.

Moreover, the leaker claims the device will support fast charging of 100W. The camera sensor will also be decentralized. In terms of specs, it is again comparable to its predecessor.

A new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 series chip will power the phone, according to the source. As a result of a leak from Digital Chat Station, we know the handset will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor.

The Oppo K12’s chipset will be the only major upgrade. It may also come with an updated main camera.

The device will be priced around ¥2,000 (~$280), just like its predecessor. The OnePlus smartphone will also have the same features.

OnePlus Nord CE 5 will probably be called Oppo K12 in global markets since Oppo K11 is also called OnePlus Nord CE 3.

There is no information on when either of these products will launch.
