On Nov. 6, MediaTek will unveil the Dimensity 9300 chipset, and the Vivo X100 series could be the first to use it. The camera specifications of the X100 and X100 Pro have been leaked on Weibo by tipster Digital Chat Station.

Vivo X100’s rear camera setup will include a Sony IMX920 as the primary camera, a Samsung JN1 lens for ultra-wide shots, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom.

As with the X100, the Vivo X100 Pro will have an ultra-wide lens and a telephoto camera. Despite this, the telephoto camera will offer a higher optical zoom of 4.3x. Additionally, it will have a 1-inch IMX989 sensor.

We don’t know the display size of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro yet. According to reports, both phones will feature curved-edge OLED screens with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. Vivo X100 may come in a flat-screen variant as well.

Vivo X100 will be equipped with a 5,100mAh battery, while Vivo X100 Pro will be equipped with a 5,400mAh battery. In addition to 120W wired charging, both devices will support 50W wireless charging. On top of Android 14, OriginOS 4 will be preloaded on the lineup.

Additionally, both models are equipped with Dimensity 9300 processors and LPDDR5T RAM for excellent performance. Satellite communication is also said to be supported by the X100 Pro.
