Vivo released the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro in India today, as promised. In India, the Vivo X300 Pro is available in a single 16GB/512GB configuration in the colors Dune Gold and Elite Black.
Vivo X300:
The new Vivo X300 will sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216 x 2640p. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The latest Dimensity 9500 SoC powers the device, coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.
The new Vivo X300 features a new 200MP main 1/1.4″ HPB sensor with an f/1.57 aperture, coupled with a 50MP Sony LYT-602 telephoto sensor with an f/2.57 aperture, supporting 3x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom. Lastly, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, a telephoto macro, and an LED flash. The device comes with a 50MP selfie shooter. In addition to 23/50mm focal lengths, the X300 comes with the V3+ chip for post-processing.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X300 features an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an IR Blaster. It is now protected against hot-water jets, with an IP69 rating.
The Vivo X300 has a 6040 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charge support. It runs on Android 16 OS with Origin OS 6 on top. It will be available in shades like Freedom Blue, Leisure Purple, Lucky Colour, and Pure Black.

The new Vivo X300 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The latest Dimensity 9500 SoC powers the device, coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.
The new Vivo X300 Pro features a new 50MP main 1/1.4″ Sony LYT-828 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture, coupled with a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor, supporting 3x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom. Lastly, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, a telephoto macro, and an LED flash. The device comes with a 50MP selfie shooter. In addition to 23/50mm focal lengths, the X300 comes with the V3+ chip for post-processing. Vivo’s VS1 (pre-processing) and V3+ (post-processing) imaging chips will be used in the X300 Pro.

The Vivo X300 Pro costs INR109,999 and is available in India in the colors Dune Gold and Elite Black. It has a single 16GB/512GB option.
With three memory options—12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB—and prices of INR75,999, INR81,999, and INR85,999, respectively, the Vivo X300 will be offered in India in Summit Red, Mist Blue, and Elite Black.
The 2.35x Telephoto Extender Kit, which costs INR18,999, was also introduced by the Chinese company in India. Both the X300 and the X300 Pro may use it. Pre-orders for the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro open today, with sales commencing on December 10.
