Still, the Android 8.0 didn’t hit any of the Pixel or Nexus devices and we have got new leaks of next version of Android with Android 8.1 As per latest beta app of Google App revealed the next version will be called Android 8.1 similar to previously launched Android 7.1 which too was announced before Android 7.0 hitting the Nexus devices and was launched with new Pixel and Pixel XL.The beta version of Google App APK teardown revealed the next version of Android as Android 8.1.
So this time too we can expect the same with Android 8.1 to arrive with upcoming Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.As per earlier leaks, the new Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL devices are scheduled for October launch so we can expect Android 8.1 to be launched with new Pixel devices.
