The Pixel 10a, the mid-range device that will be the least expensive of the group, is still absent from Google’s August launch of the Pixel 10 family.
In anticipation of its potential introduction in early 2026, the CAD-based renders you can view below depict it. The source of these shots now claims that it will arrive early next year, despite earlier rumours that it will arrive before the end of this year. Despite this, it will still land earlier this year than its predecessor, which did so in March. The Pixel 10a and Pixel 9a appear nearly identical in the leaked CAD-based renders.
There will only be two cameras once more, and the camera island is flush with the plastic back. However, Google insists on placing the volume rocker below the power button on the frame, making it more difficult to reach with your thumb. On the other hand, the screen bezels are still very thick.
The Pixel 10a is anticipated to have the same screen size as the Pixel 9a, in addition to sharing a similar appearance. According to its stated dimensions of 153.9 x 72.9 x 9 mm, it will be slightly thicker, less wide, and shorter.
It’s interesting to note that the Pixel 10a might defy recent precedent and use the Tensor G4 with a higher-clocked CPU rather than Google’s newest and finest SoC, the Tensor G5. This is probably a cost-cutting move.
It is anticipated that the Pixel 10a would retail for $499, the same price as its predecessor, but it will only come with 128GB of storage. It should receive seven years of software support because it’s a new Pixel.
