Samsung is all set to launch the successor to last year launched Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 which was a mid-range tablet.As per recent leaks Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 edition has passed the TENAA certification in China.As the device passes through the TENAA certification we can expect Samsung to launch anytime soon in China. After the launch of smartphone with 6 to 6.4 inches seen on many devices, people are not at all interested to buy tablets and very less number of tablets are launched in Android segment , but Samsung is experimenting with this segment by launching some mid-range segment tablets every year and this year with Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 edition.

As per TENAA leaked documents, we can see the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 edition which looks similar previously launched Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 in terms of design.The device has got a model number as SM-T385C which was even previously spotted on FCC with model number SM-T385.The model SM-T385C might be the Chinese variant of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 edition.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 edition is budget cum mid-range tablet which will sport an 8 inches 720p display.It is powered by SD427 which is unannounced SoC by Qualcomm clocked at 1.4 GHz and coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB on board storage.It is having the 8MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing.The device will run Android 7.1.1 out of the box.
