Vivo a well known Chinese smartphone brand known for its great music and selfie camera, now planning to launch their flagship devices with Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus in China soon.Recently the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus was spotted on FIFA 2018 poster and now we have some specs and some more real life images of the device leaked.
As per source, the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus will have 5.2 inches and 5.5 inches FHD having an aspect ratio of 18:9 display similar to Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6.The Vivo X20 will be powered by SD630 chip coupled with 6GB RAM whereas the Vivo X20 Plus will be powered by SD660 chip coupled with 6GB RAM.Both the devices will be made out of Glass and Metal.
Both the devices again will be Selfie centric devices which will now feature 24MP selfie camera.Both the devices will run on Android 7.1 and as per sources the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus will also feature in-display fingerprint scanner which they showed at an event in China on May 2017.All this will be fueled with 3500 mAh battery on both the devices.We are still unsure about the under display fingerprint tech as it is still unavailable but Vivo might launch it before the Apple upcoming iPhone 8 which too is rumored to have similar under display fingerprint but even Apple was unsuccessful to implement that tech.
As per Source, the Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus will be named as Vivo V7 and V7 Plus outside China.Even Vivo has started teasing about the Vivo V7 and V7 Plus in India which is going to release next week on Sept 7.So we have to wait for few more day for the official launch of the Vivo upcoming smartphone.
Huawei launches its latest flagship chip with Kirin 970 in IFA Berlin yesterday.The Kirin 970 is having special NPU aka Neural Processing Unit which helps the device to bring the AI capabilities.
The Kirin 970 is an Octa-core CPU and comes with new 12 core GPU.It is built on a 10nm process similar to SD835 chip.Huawei Kirin 970 has 4 x 1.2GHz Cortex A73 cores and 4 x 1.8GHz Cortex A53 cores which are coupled with 12 cores Mali-G72MP12 GPU.As per Huawei, the all new Kirin 970 chip provides 25x better performance and 50x better efficiency when compared with typical Cortex A73 cores which mean that Kirin 970 is powerful and battery efficient.
The special feature about the Kirin 970 is support for AI and Huawei is also allowing the developers to develop certain AI apps for practical use.As it has separate NPU which doesn’t impact on the performance of the device which makes a special feature of Kirin 970 chip.
Kirin 970 comes with new Dual ISP which promises better low-light images with less noise in the images.Huawei has also added 4-Hybrid a new AF system which includes Phase and contrast detection but there are no details regarding other two AF system.It comes with 4.5G Cat.18 LTE modem which has support for download speeds up to 1.2 Gbps.
Huawei will launch its first device with Kirin 970 with upcoming Huawei Mate 10 on Oct 16.
Xiaomi is all set to launch the successor to last year launched Xiaomi Mi Mix with Mi Mix 2 on Sept 11 in China.As the days are nearing towards launch we are getting back to back leaks regarding the device.It is just 10 days left and we have got some leak images of the display panel leaked on popular Chinese website Weibo.
From the leaked image, we can see the completely bezel-less display which looks similar to earlier launched Mi Mix which had front-facing camera at the bottom of the screen and we can even expect similar thing to happen with the Mi Mix 2 as there are no bezels on the top instead it has thick bezels at the bottom of the screen.Mi Mix 2 will now feature lower 6 inches display instead of 6.4 inches on original Mi Mix.
Apart from that, now we also got the live device images which show some of the key specs of the device.As per leaked images, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be powered by SD836 chip which is a minor upgrade over the SD835 chip.It also shows that the device has 256GB internal memory. Now as per the images, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will feature 6.2 inches display with a resolution of 2960 x 1440p.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will feature the 20MP rear camera with LED flash. There is no mention whether it will have the dual camera or single camera.Apart from that, the device will be fueled with larger 4,400 mAh battery.The device will be running latest Android 8.0 out of the box with MIUI 9 on top.We are shocked to see the device is running recently launched Android Oreo with a custom skin on top.As per earlier leaks, we came to know there will be two RAM variants with 6GB and 8GB RAM.The phone will be made out of metal and Ceramic similar to Mi Mix.We have to wait for few more days for the official announcement of the new Mi Mix 2.

Xiaomi is all in news with their very first Android One device with Xiaomi Mi A1. After back to back details leaks from the official website, now we have finally spotted the device on popular benchmarks with GeekBench.
As per GeekBench listing, the device is named as Xiaomi Mi A1 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8953 chip clocked at 2.0 GHz which is none other than SD625 chip coupled with 4GB RAM.
The device scored 852 points under single-core test and 3837 on multi-core test.The single-core test score is similar to other devices like Moto G5 Plus, Redmi Note 4 etc which are having the same chip.But the multi-core test is higher on Mi 5X than Xiaomi Mi A1.The Xiaomi Mi A1 is running Android 7.1.2 out of the box.

LG finally launches it the second flagship of 2017 with LG V30 in IFA Berlin. After series of leaks which showed us the device images and specs, now we have the LG V30 officially launched.The LG V30 is the successor to last year launched LG V20 which had a secondary display at the top but with new LG V30, there is no longer secondary display.The LG V30 will go on sale starting from Sept 21 in South Korea with Global roll out after few weeks.As of now, there are no details regarding the price.There are two variants one is LG V30 and other is called LG V30+ which is nothing but have the same specs only with a higher 128GB storage option.
LG V30 is completely built with metal and glass back.
