Qualcomm will launch the successor to this year launched SD660, SD630 and SD450 with SD670, SD640 and SD460 chips as per the images leaked on Weibo in China.As per the post on Weibo not only mentions the upcoming chips names but also has the detailed specs for all the three upcoming SoC’s.Earlier we had leaked some details regarding the SD670 Soc.

Earlier this year too Qualcomm did launch three new chips with SD450 for the budget segment, SD630 for mid-range segment and SD660 under upper mid-range segment.So Qualcomm will follow the same and launch a successor to this year launched chips with SD670, SD640 and SD460 SoC.

As per the specs leaked, the upcoming SD670 and SD640 will be built on Samsung’s 10nm LPP process similar to SD835 SoC.Both the chips will have 1MB L3 cache and octa-core CPU.The SD670 SoC will have four powerful high-performance Kyro 360 Gold cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and remaining four energy efficient Kyro 385 Silver cores clocked at 1.6 GHz. It is coupled with Adreno 620 GPU and latest Qualcomm X16 LTE modem with download speed up to 1 Gbps.Both the chips do come with Dual 14-bit Spectra 260 image signal processor which supports the camera up to the 13MP Dual camera or 21MP single camera.

The SD640 chip is having two high performing Kyro 360 Gold cores clocked at 2.15 GHz and remaining six cores which is power efficient Kyro 360 Silver cores clocked at 1.55 GHz coupled with Adreno 610 GPU and Qualcomm X12 LTE modem with download speed up to 600 Mbps.

The cheapest and weakest chip among the three is the SD460 SoC which is built on 14nm LPP process and is having  four cores of Kyro 360 Silver clocked at 1.8 GHz and remaining four 360 Silver cores are clocked at 1.4 GHz coupled with Adreno 605 GPU and support for 14-bit Spectra 240 ISP which will support single camera up to 21MP.
