Soon, Xiaomi will launch a new budget smartphone from its Redmi sub-brand in India. After its wider release, the Redmi 15C has just been teased in the region.
According to a fresh teaser, the Redmi 15C will debut in India on 3rd December 2025. The image poster also shows the upcoming budget phone. On the rear, there appears to be a dual camera setup. In China, the 4G version was released in September 2025, followed by the 5G model a few weeks later. Therefore, we can speculate about its key specs and features.
Further, the popular tipster leaked the pricing details of the new Redmi 15C ahead of the launch. The Redmi 15C 4GB/128GB will cost Rs.12,499/-, 6GB/128GB at Rs.13,999/- and 8GB/128GB at Rs.14,999/- in India.
Redmi 15C 5G:
The new Redmi 15C 5G will sport a 6.9-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, & a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display also features Corning Gorilla Glass protection, an oleophobic coating & 120Hz refresh rate. No details about the chipset, but it comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
It features a 50MP main rear camera with LED flash. The device comes with an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 6000 mAh battery with 33W charging support. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 5G, 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, Dual-Band Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, NFC, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 15 OS with HyperOS 2 on top.
