The Realme GT 8 series will be unveiled in China in October, according to Realme’s previous confirmation. The Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro will be two of the smartphones in the portfolio. The Realme GT 8 will be a smaller gadget than the Pro edition, according to a recent leak that surfaced on Weibo. Up until now, the leaks have mainly targeted the Pro edition. The leak has compromised the standard model’s battery life and display.
The Realme GT 8 Pro is expected to boast a 6.85-inch 2K OLED screen, according to reports. The source as mentioned above indicates that the base model will be a smaller tablet, with a flat 6.6-inch screen.
The fresh leak suggests the Realme GT 8 may feature a 7,000mAh battery, despite having a more compact display. The informant did not disclose other details concerning the gadget. According to rumours, the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor will be included in both the GT 8 and GT 8 Pro models.
Additionally, it is anticipated that the GT 8 series would have a better design than the previous generation. The GT 8 pair’s primary selling point is that it will run Android 16, the next-generation operating system based on Realme UI 7.
Reports state that a 200MP periscope telephoto camera will be included in the Realme GT 8 Pro’s back camera system. Additionally, a metal centre frame, two speakers, an upgraded motor, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor are reportedly included.
