Riding on the coattails of the GT8 Pro, the Realme GT8 is here. Although the vanilla is comparable in appearance and on paper, there are some minor variances. The duo made their official debut in China today.
You should choose the camera island you prefer first because it isn’t changeable. Like the Pro, the GT8 comes in white, green, and blue. The other two are matte, but the green has a micro-texture surface.

The new Realme GT8 will sport a massive 6.78-inch 2K(1440 x 3136 pixels) OLED LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also gets Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top with HDR10+ support. This 7000-nit peak brightness is likely reserved for HDR content or specific scenarios.
Realme GT8 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage.
On the back, the Realme GT8 will ship with triple rear cameras: a 50MP Ricoh GR anti-glare main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP 112° ultra-wide-angle lens with LED flash. There is also a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It also comes with a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture.

The Realme GT8 has a massive 7000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging. It runs on Android 16 with Realme UI 7 on top.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and 1216 linear Speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio certification. It is also IP68+IP69 certified, making it dust—and water-resistant. The phone measures 8.2mm and weighs 209g.

The Realme GT8 Pro is available in three colours: blue, green, and white. The model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at 3999 yuan (Rs. 49,500 approx.), while the 16GB RAM variant with 256GB of storage is priced at 4299 yuan (Rs.53,700 approx.). The 12GB RAM model with 512GB of storage costs 4499 yuan (Rs.55,700/- approx.) and the top-tier version with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at 4699 yuan (Rs. 58,100 approx.).
The Realme GT8 costs 2899 Yuan (Rs.35,900/-) for 12GB+256GB & 3199 Yuan (Rs.39,500/-) for 16GB+256GB. The Realme GT7 with 16GB+512GB costs 3599 Yuan (Rs.44,500/-) and 16GB+1TB at 4099 Yuan (Rs.50,700/-) in China.
