Vivo will unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra in China in the first half of 2026. The world’s first flagship phone with dual 200-megapixel cameras could be a major attraction. Digital Chat Station has revealed the exact month in which the device may debut in China in a new leak.

According to DCS, Vivo’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered Ultra-branded phone will debut in March 2026. The Vivo X300 Ultra could be the device he refers to, even though he didn’t specify its name.

The Vivo X200 Ultra was unveiled in April 2025. According to the new leak, the X300 Ultra will debut nearly a month earlier than its predecessor. The X300s may feature the Dimensity 9500 Plus, which appears to be an overclocked version of the D9500.

According to reports, the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch OLED 2K 120Hz screen and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. In addition to a 200-megapixel sensor (Sony IMX09E, OIS), the phone will have a 50-megapixel sensor (Sony LYT-828) and a 200-megapixel sensor (Samsung HPB, periscope telephoto with OIS). It will feature a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies.
