The iQOO 15 Ultra is shaping up to be one of 2026’s most anticipated flagships, expected to launch as a beefed-up version of the standard iQOO 15.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the phone has appeared on China’s 3C certification site with a 100W charger, and multiple leaks suggest 100W wired charging at launch. However, the latest claim is that charging speeds could reach 200W during the series’ lifecycle, potentially outpacing some of the parent brand’s top-end models.
iQOO last used 200W charging on the iQOO 11 Pro in 2022, which combined that speed with a 4,700mAh battery. Since then, the company has increased battery sizes while dialling back charging speeds to 120W and then 100W, as seen on the regular iQOO 15 with its 7,000mAh battery.
Leaks indicate that the iQOO 15 Ultra may also feature a 7,000 mAh or larger battery, support wireless charging, and add extra hardware, such as an active cooling fan and gaming shoulder buttons. Many of its core specs are still expected to mirror the vanilla iQOO 15.
The device is rumored to debut in China by early February, but as with any early leak, these details should be treated as speculation until iQOO makes an official announcement.
