Following teases, Xiaomi today revealed that the Xiaomi 17 series would debut on September 25 at an event in China. The Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and the recently released Xiaomi 17 Pro models will be among them.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, which will be unveiled this week, will power these phones initially. In reference to the phones, the business stated:
The most powerful standard flagship in Xiaomi’s history is the Mi 17. Xiaomi’s most advanced small-sized technological imaging flagship is the Mi 17 Pro. The most powerful flagship in Xiaomi’s history is the Mi 17 Pro Max.
According to reports, the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max will feature a 7500mAh battery with 100W fast charging, while the Xiaomi 17 will have a 7000mAh battery with 90W fast charging. All of the phones will support wireless charging.
Xiaomi will also unveil the Xiaomi Pad 8 series during the event. The Xiaomi Pad 8 and Pad Pro will feature an 11.2-inch 3.2K resolution LCD screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate, along with Soft Light Screen Edition choices.
