According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the lineup will include two Pro models featuring 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch displays, alongside a standard model with a screen size that falls between the two. In a newer leak, the tipster revealed that the standard Xiaomi 16 will be a well-balanced device designed to deliver an all-around performance.

The tipster also claimed that the Xiaomi 16 series will come equipped with a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. While it hasn’t been explicitly confirmed, the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini, Xiaomi 16, and Xiaomi 16 Pro may all share this feature.
As for the Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini (a tentative name), it is expected to incorporate premium features like a large primary camera sensor, a periscope telephoto lens, and wireless charging. However, its engineering prototype currently features a smaller battery than the standard Xiaomi 16.
