As the replacement for the Pad 7 Pro, which debuted last year, Xiaomi has begun to tease the release of its upcoming tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro. The company’s proprietary Xiaomi XRING 01 SoC will replace the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in the Pad 7 Pro.

In addition, it will have a larger 12.5-inch LCD screen and be available in the Nano Soft Light Edition option. This option combines AG nano-texture technology with AR optical coating to improve eye protection by reducing interfering light by 99% and reflection by 65%.

According to the firm, the tablet would be only 5.8 mm thin. Additionally, it has been verified that the tablet has a massive 10610mAh battery and 120W fast charging. Xiaomi claims that its PC-level software and floating keyboard can deliver a strong and practical experience that is on par with a computer.

The teaser shows the tablet, corresponding keyboard, and stylus in black and silver. On June 18, Lu Weibing, the head of Xiaomi China, will do a live broadcast in China to provide further information on the tablet, Redmi K80 Ultra, Redmi K Pad, and other products.

The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro will be released later this month, and we should have more information in the days ahead.
