The MIX Flip 2 marked the beginning of Xiaomi’s major announcement event today. There are no surprises here; we were fully aware of the flip-foldable’s appearance and potential after weeks of deliberate teasers!

The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 comes with a 6.86″ 1.5K AMOLED LTPO TCL C8+ display with a resolution of 2640×1080 pixels and a 21:9 aspect ratio. It comes with 120Hz refresh rate support & UTG glass protection on top. Now the Xiaomi Mix Flip display slides back into the frame to avoid damage when you fold the device.
Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 packs the same 4.01″ (1056×1066 pixels) 1.5K TCL C8+ outer display. It features a 16:9 aspect ratio display where full apps can be run or widgets can be placed. Xiaomi calls it the All Around Liquid outer display. Both display comes with 3200 nits of peak brightness.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC powers it, coupled with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage. The device also gets improved heat dissipation, aided by its dual vapour chamber cooling system.
The new Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 features a 50MP OV50E Leica Summilux lens outer camera sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS. It is coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and 2x optical zoom. The device features a 32MP OmniVision OV32B40 selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture.
The device features dual SIM support, 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, A-GPS, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 features a 5165 mAh battery, paired with a 67W fast wired and 50W wireless charging. Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 runs on Android 15 OS with Hyper OS 2 on top.

Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is available in White, Purple, Green, and Checkered Gold. The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 with 12GB/256GB costs 5999 Yuan (Rs.71,600/-), 6499 Yuan (Rs.77,000/-) for 12GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB at 7299 Yuan (Rs.87,700/-).
