Vivo’s X300 Pro Mini will be a strong compact flagship. New leaks have now revealed its key specifications.
The X300 Pro Mini is expected to have a flat 6.3-inch display and symmetrical bezels. It won’t have curved edges like last year’s X200 Pro Mini. The battery has been upgraded significantly. There is a rumor that the X300 Pro Mini will ship with a 7,000 mAh battery, compared to the X200 Pro Mini’s 5,700 mAh battery.
It will have a camera setup similar to the X200 Pro Mini. There will be a Periscope Zoom camera again. Another significant change is the fingerprint scanner. An ultrasonic under-screen scanner is expected to replace the optical under-screen scanner on the X300 Pro Mini. This should improve accuracy and speed.
Based on Vivo’s usual schedule, an October 2025 launch is likely. An earlier leak suggested that the new 6.3-inch Vivo device would use the same 7,000 mAh battery. According to an earlier report, the X300 Pro Mini may also receive a battery upgrade.
