Over the past few weeks, rumours about a ‘vanilla’ F7 joining the F7 Pro and F7 Ultra have intensified. As of today, Flipkart has put up a special microsite for the upcoming phone.
According to the URL, the device will be unveiled by the end of June, although it doesn’t specify a specific date. The microsite also allows users to learn about the Vanilla F series, from the original Poco F1 from 2018 to the newest Poco F7.
It has been rumored that the Poco F7 is a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro.
POCO F7
The new POCO F7 will sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K 12-bit OLED LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports HDR10+ and has a peak brightness of 2400 nits. The POCO F7 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. It is paired with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512gb/1 TB UFS 4.0 storage space.
The POCO F7 will feature a 50MP main sensor (f/1.59) with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and an LED flash. It also features a 20MP selfie shooter. The device comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner and an X-axis haptic motor. It also features an IP68/69 rating, ensuring it is both dust—and water-resistant.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear X-axis motor, and dual Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. The POCO F7 features a 7550 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2.0 on top.
