Recent leaks have included a prototype of the Pixel 10 and new ringtones. The dogpile has added new information on the flagship’s video capabilities. Google seems to have upgraded the Pixel 10 quite a bit.
According to a new report from Android Headlines, the Pixel 10’s image stabilisation has been “heavily improved.” Without an example, it’s hard to quantify just how big of an improvement we’re talking about. To help put the change in perspective, the outlet offers a comparison.
There is already decent image stabilisation available on Pixel phones. However, it appears Google has made the feature so good that it’s like “using a Pixel 10 on a DJI Osmo Mobile 6, but without the gimbal.”
According to the report, this will not be exclusive to the Pro models. This improved image stabilisation will be available on the Pixel 10 series, including the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
It will still be a couple of months before the Pixel 10 launches. According to leaks and rumours, the Pixel 9 series will launch on August 20, the same day as the Pixel 9 series.
