Although the base Pixel 10 model may be disappointing, Google’s Pixel 10 series of flagship phones is eagerly awaited. Rumours have been circulating about compromises despite the numerous advancements in the processor and other areas; the most recent rumour also raises concerns about the thermal performance.

According to a recent Androidheadlines report, the vapour chamber will once again be omitted from the base Pixel. The base Pixel 9 lacked the vapour chamber that was included in the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL models from the previous year to improve thermal management. Even though the Pixel 10 is a flagship model, it’s strange that Google might be omitting this important feature this year.

Another compromise on the impending Pixel 10 is this one. The complete camera specifications of the Pixel 10 lineup were previously disclosed in a report, which indicated that the standard Pixel 10 would get a telephoto camera. The primary sensor on the main camera has been downgraded from a flagship 1/1.31-inch sensor to a 1/1.95-inch sensor, even though this is a new addition to the camera system.

Hopefully, this report isn’t accurate because a vapour chamber would seem basic in light of the Tensor’s increasing power every year. More bad news: the Pixel 10 will probably not get the brand-new “Ultra Res Zoom” or ultra-stable video recording.
