Vivo recently made headlines with the launch of the V50, and now the V50 Lite has been listed in the Google Play Console. This mid-range smartphone joins the V50 lineup as an affordable option. The listing provides a render and some key specs for the device.
There will be two variants of the V50 Lite: a 4G-only model and a 5G model. With Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset and 8GB of RAM, the 4G variant, V2441, is powered by the Snapdragon 680. The Snapdragon 680 should still deliver decent performance despite its age for everyday tasks.

The device runs Android 15 out of the box with a 1080×2392 resolution (FHD+). In addition to 256GB of storage, the V50 Lite will have a massive 6,500mAh battery (up from 6,000mAh in the V50) and support for 90W fast wired charging.
The V50 Lite’s rounded sides have been ditched for a flat design, which is slightly disappointing.
Vivo V50 has a pill-shaped camera island on the back, a circular assembly for the lenses, and an “Aura Light” ring below. The Lite version appears to have two different lens cutouts. There seems to be an additional lens in one of the cutouts, possibly a macro or depth camera. The V50 has two 50MP lenses on the back: a main and an ultrawide lens.
