OPPO has been teasing its upcoming Find N5 foldable for the past few weeks, with an official announcement expected by the end of the month. New renders, courtesy of Evan Blass, have provided a closer look at the device, which will be available in purple, white, and black colours.

Design:

One of the key selling points for the OPPO Find N5 is its thinness, with OPPO marketing it as the world’s thinnest foldable. While these renders don’t fully capture that aspect. They do reveal flat sides similar to the Find N3. This contributes to the phone’s slim profile. On the back, we can spot a triple-camera setup and a flash. The camera module’s design resembles that of the HONOR Magic V3.

The Find N5 has been kept relatively under wraps by OPPO. With most of the information coming directly from the company itself. So far, we’ve seen glimpses of the phone’s thinness, as well as its screen without a crease. These new renders give a full look at the device, including the updated camera module and bezel-less design.

The displays are rumoured to be larger than before, possibly due to thinner bezels on both screens. The internal display is expected to be 8 inches, comparable to the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold. One notable feature is the lack of a frame around the outer display. A departure from the thicker bezel on the left side of the hinge seen on the Find N3 and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It will be interesting to see how this design element translates into real-world use.

As for the colours, each variant seems to have a distinct texture. The black model appears to have a matte glass finish. The white variant might feature a pearl finish similar to the Find X8 Pro. Lastly, the purple model seems to incorporate a faux leather material, similar to what we saw on the Find N3.
