HMD introduced the Fusion smartphone, featuring a modular design, in September, followed by the addition of a Venom Smart Outfit last month. It is now on the brink of being launched in India.

Amazon is currently teasing the device, indicating that it will soon be available for purchase through their platform. While the exact launch date remains undisclosed, the commencement of the teaser campaign suggests an imminent release.

Specs:

HMD Fusion will sport a 6.5″ IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Snapdragon powers the device 4 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM, and 128GB/256GB of storage. Surprisingly the phone comes with a storage expansion option via microSD card slot.

HMD Fusion comes with a 108MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP portrait lens. Within the punch-hole cutout is a 50MP camera for selfies. With its AI Capture Fusion, HMD maximizes the detail in photos taken with it.

The device ships with a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. The HMD Fusion will also have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers. It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box. Security updates will be provided for 3 years and 2 OS updates.
