As a new member of the Realme 12 series, Realme 12x 5G launched in China this week. Realme 12x 5G will be coming to India soon, according to 91mobiles. Although the Indian variant differs in some specifications, they are more like upgrades.
According to industry sources, Realme 12x 5G will be the brand’s next smartphone in India. Realme has not announced a specific launch date, but we should start seeing official teasers soon.
In India, the Realme 12x will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC charging. The phone supports only 15W charging in China. Within 30 minutes, the device can reach 50 percent charge, and it supports reverse charging as well. The device is also said to offer the fastest charging in its class.
Similar to the Realme 12, the Realme 12x 5G will also feature a ‘Dynamic Button’. You can activate the Dynamic Button to activate DND, Airplane Mode, Street Photography, and Google Smart Lens modes.
Realme 12X 5G:
Realme 12X 5G will arrive with a 6.67-inch FHD+ (2400×1080p) IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The new Realme 12X 5G is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB storage space.
The device will feature tripe-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor coupled with dual 2MP macro plus depth sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. The Realme 12X 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charge support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.2. The device also comes with stereo speakers.
Realme 12X 5G runs on Android 14 OS with Realme 5.0 on top. The device measures 7.69mm thick and weighs 190g.
