Poco has officially confirmed the launch date for the C61 in India. The price is most likely to be under Rs 10,000/-, since this is a new C-series offering. Next week, POCO C61 will launch in India. There is also a dedicated microsite for Flipkart that confirms the phone’s availability.

POCO’s new phone POCO C61 will launch in India on March 26th at 12 p.m. IST. There is a dedicated microsite, which reveals some key hardware details, in addition to the phone being sold via Flipkart online.

Rumors suggest it will be a rebranding of the Redmi A3, which launched recently in India. Like the Redmi model, the official teasers hint at a large circular camera module on the back panel.

The POCO C61 will have a 90Hz HD+ display, 6GB RAM, and additional 6GB virtual RAM for improved multitasking, according to the Flipkart microsite. It will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery. Apart from the Black colour, there are other options shown in the teasers.

The new POCO C61 will sport a 6.71-inch HD+ IPS LCD with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, & 90Hz refresh rate support. POCO C61 is powered by an unknown MediaTek G36 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB/6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB/128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It also gets a microSD card slot.

It features a 13MP main rear camera with LED flash along with a VGA depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. The device comes with an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wifi. There is also a USB Type-C port, FM Radio, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It runs on Android 13 Go Edition without any custom skin on top. The device measures 9.09 mm thick and weighs 192g.
