Soon, Vivo will launch its V30 smartphone series in the Indian market. Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro models will be available.

However, Vivo has not yet revealed any details about the V30 Pro, despite it already being available in some global markets. GeekBench revealed earlier today that this smartphone will include the latest Android 14 OS, a Dimensity 8200 chipset, and 12GB of RAM.

According to MySmartPrice, Vivo’s V30 series will hit the Indian market next month, in March. ZEISS will also be co-engineering the camera system specifically for the Indian market for the V30 series.

With the X60 series smartphones, Vivo began collaborating with Zeiss for its flagship X-series. For the first time, Vivo will offer Zeiss’s premium camera technology on its mid-range smartphones with the V30 series. As a result of Zeiss’ optimization, images should be sharper, less distorted, and have a distinctive bokeh effect.

There is no mention of a change in hardware specifications in the report, however. On the rear, the V30 features a 50MP camera with OIS and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.

Vivo V30 Pro:

Vivo V30 Pro appeared on Geekbench with model number V2319, featuring an octa-core Dimensity 8200 SoC clocked at 3.10GHz. The device comes with 12GB of RAM and an operating system based on Android 14. In the single-core test, the device scored 1045 points, while in the multicore test, it scored 3637 points.

The Vivo V30 Pro appears to have a Dimensity 8200 chip, while its Chinese counterpart features the Dimensity 9200+ chip, meaning that the rebrand will likely have a smaller chip. We can expect the phone to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 2800 nits.
