There are rumors that Vivo will hold a major launch event in China in the first quarter of this year. Multiple products are expected to debut at the event, including the Vivo Pad 3 tablet, the Vivo X100s, and the Vivo X Fold 3 series. According to a recent Weibo post by Tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X Fold 3 may have something to say about the X Fold 3 Pro.

The Vivo X Fold 3 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, according to the leaker. According to reports, the X Fold 3 Pro will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

Vivo X Fold 3 engineering prototypes lack OV64B periscope telephoto cameras with 64-megapixel resolution. DCS previously leaked that the X Fold 3 Pro will feature a triple camera system, which includes a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, an ultra-wide lens, and an OV64B periscope camera.

According to DCS, the Vivo X Fold 3 will not have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner or wireless charging with 50W. Compared to the Pro variant, it will be lighter and more affordable. A leak previously revealed that the Pro’s outer display and inner foldable screen would feature ultrasonic fingerprint sensors. The size of its battery is unknown, but it is expected to support wired and wireless charging, both of which are 100W.

In the Pro variant, the LTPO panel will support 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The outer and inner displays of the non-Pro model are currently unknown.
