The Poco X6 Pro 5G may launch globally in January 2024. Xiaomiui.net reports that Poco may launch the Poco X6 Pro 5G smartphone in the last week of January, even though the company has not made an official announcement yet.

On Xiaomi’s internal test servers, the phone appears to be running HyperOS, suggesting a launch is near. Additionally, the Poco X6 Pro has appeared on certification websites such as FCC, NBTC, IMEI, and BIS, strengthening the rumor. According to rumors, the X6 Pro is essentially a rebranded Redmi K70E.

There will be three storage variants available for the smartphone, and it will run HyperOS 1.0. Different storage variants also require different builds, so here’s more information. The 12GB+512GB & 8GB+256GB models will arrive with a Plastic Frame whereas the 12GB+512GB with a PU frame.

Poco’s mid-range smartphones are shipping Plastic Frames, which seems rather absurd. Poco X6 Pro will be a rebranded Xiaomi Redmi K70E, while Poco X6 will be a rebranded Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. As the Redmi K70E also has a Plastic Frame, the Poco X6 Pro 5G appears to be the rebranded Redmi K70E. Until official confirmation arrives, it is quite difficult to conclude specifications.
