As opposed to the dual aperture (f/1.9 and f/4.0) on the 13 Ultra, the 14 Ultra will have a variable aperture.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a primary camera with an aperture ranging from f/1.6 to f/4.0, according to the leak. It is also noteworthy that Xiaomi 14 Pro features variable apertures ranging from f/1.42 up to f/4.0. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature native focal lengths of 0.5x, 3.2x, and 5x, according to the tipster.
