On Sept. 22, Tecno will unveil the Tecno Phantom V Flip globally. There has been a lot of information revealed recently about the country’s first clamshell phone with a foldable screen. Tipster Paras Guglani leaked the device’s specs sheet ahead of its launch.

This leak indicates that the Tecno Phantom V Flip (AD11 model number) measures 172.35 x 74 x 7.05mm (unfolded). When folded, its thickness will increase to 15.1mm. The device features a 6.9-inch foldable AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. A 32-megapixel front-facing camera will be available for selfies.

The Phantom V Flip features a 1.32-inch cover display with 466 x 466 pixels on the back. There is also a 64-megapixel primary camera with autofocus on the rear panel of the device, as well as a 13-megapixel secondary camera with an ultra-wide lens.

In addition to a 4,000mAh battery, the Phantom V Flip will support fast charging through a USB-C port. It does not mention the device’s charging speed or its chip. The same source previously revealed that the device would have a Dimensity 8050 processor. According to the new leak, the V Flip will have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

It will feature Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3, and 5G connectivity (14 5G bands). The device will come preloaded with Android 13 and HiOS 13 on top. The leak states the device will be available in shades such as Minimal Black, Film White, and Periwinkle Purple, but no price has been mentioned.
