The Vivo lineup is likely to include two phones. It will be called the V29 5G and the V29 Pro 5G. A launch date for the V29 series is expected to be announced shortly by the company. In the meantime, a new leak has revealed the specifications and features of the V29 5G.

Vivo’s upcoming vanilla model in the V-series lineup is said to feature a curved AMOLED display, according to Appuals‘ report. Online leaks have also revealed the phone’s SoC.

Vivo V29:

The new Vivo V29 will sport 6.78 inches FHD+ AMOLED curved display (2800×1260p) with 120Hz refresh rates. The Vivo V29 comes with the latest SD778G SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB storage space.

 

The Vivo V29 comes with a 50MP main sensor with OIS support, 8MP ultra-wide & 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. On the front, the smartphones ship with a massive 50MP selfie shooter with Dual-LED flash.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE support,  Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port.

It packs a 4600 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The device runs on Android 13 with OriginOS 3.0 on top. It measures 7.4mm thick and weighs 182g. The device also gets NFC and in-display fingerprint support. There will be an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance on the device.
