A year after launching the X90 series of smartphones successfully, Vivo is currently developing its flagship X100 series. According to tradition, the brand releases these devices in China during the fourth quarter, and the X100 series should follow suit in late 2023. Vivo X100 5G global variant specifications were leaked by TheTechOutlook in collaboration with tipster Paras Guglani before the official launch.

As mentioned earlier, the latest update we have brought to you was provided exclusively by tipster Paras Guglani. According to the tipster, the global variant of the Vivo X100 5G smartphone will have model number V2308 and will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8 series chipset, which was unexpected. It had previously been reported that the smartphone would be powered by the MediaTek 9300 chipset. There will also be a variant with 12GB/256GB storage and an Android 13-based operating system.

In terms of its display, the tipster states the smartphone will have an AMOLED panel with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, it will come with a 5000 mAh battery that supports a 100W fast charge. Furthermore, the Vivo X100 5G global variant will come in three colors: black, purple, and white.

The X100 5G smartphone will likely be launched in Vivo’s home market in China in the fourth quarter of this year, followed by India and the global market. The Vivo X100 5G series will also include two other smartphones – the Vivo X100 Pro and the Vivo X100 Pro+.
