We know little about OnePlus’ upcoming foldable phone, dubbed OnePlus Open, but we’ve been hearing about it for a couple of months now. Recently, we covered all the details surrounding the upcoming foldable.

According to tipster Max Jambor on Twitter, the OnePlus Open will most likely be based on the Oppo Find N2. For the past couple of months, he has been a significant contributor to OnePlus Open’s leaks.

The Oppo Find N2’s form factor will be adopted by the Open, so we can expect roughly the same dimensions and feel. In some ways, it makes sense. Since the Find N2 is only available in China, the OnePlus Open is a way to introduce this foldable device to Western markets.

The device will reportedly arrive on August 29 and will be available in the US as well, according to recent rumors.
