After the success in smartphones, the sub-brand of Vivo aka IQOO has launched its very first tablet. Yes, iQOO Pad is the first iQOO branded tablet which was launched today in China. Sadly, no word of a global or Indian launch at the moment.

Design:

A  circular camera module houses two cameras and an LED flash. Pogo pins are also visible on the bottom of the rear panel for attaching the keyboard folio. There will be three color options for the upcoming tablet: grey, blue, and purple.

 

On the rear camera module, there is no rectangular housing as on the predecessor. As a result of the change in tablet size, the placement of the pogo pins has also changed. In terms of size, the tablet measures 266×191.6×6.6mm and weighs 580 grams.

Specs:

The iQOO Pad will now sport 12.1 inches WQXGA IPS LCD 2.8K display. It will come with HDR10, Dolby Vision, and 144Hz refresh rate support. Further, the device will not get any fingerprint scanner support instead will come with Face Unlock feature. A self-developed simulation writing engine on the iQOO Pad provides users with real and tactile feedback similar to writing on paper with a pen or pencil.

 

 

The iQOO Pad comes with Dimensity 9000+ SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB internal storage. It gets a 13MP main sensor with an f/2.2 aperture & 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture.

The device also comes with quad speakers one on the top and the other at the bottom of the device. It will also get Stylus support. The iQOO Pad packs a 10,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. It runs on Android 13 OS with OriginOS 3.0 on top.

The connectivity option includes Dual Band Wifi/Wifi 6e, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

The iQOO Pad cost 2599 Yuan (Rs.30,600/-) for 8GB+128GB, 2899 Yuan (Rs.34,000/-) for 8GB+256GB, 3199 Yuan (Rs.37,600/-) for 12GB+256GB & 12GB+512GB at 3499 Yuan (Rs.41,100/-) in China.
