Soon, Xiaomi will release the successor to its highly praised Pad 5 tablet series. Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro (Liuqin) and Xiaomi Pad 6 (Pipa) are alleged to be the two models of the Xiaomi Pad 6 series. There will be significant improvements over current-generation tablets with these devices.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has confirmed that both tablets have entered the internal testing phase in several European and Eurasian regions ahead of any official announcements. According to the tipster, these tablets could launch in Q2 of 2022 with Snapdragon 8-series chips. It is noteworthy that this leak contradicts previous reports that the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro would launch exclusively in China.

Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro have separate codenames like Pipa and Liuqin, according to rumors. In the first, the Snapdragon 870 processor is expected, while the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 is expected in the second.

According to the tip, both tablets have 11- or 12-inch displays with slim bezels. On the back panel of both models, there will be two cameras. The batteries on both devices seem to be dual-cell.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is expected to feature an AMOLED display with 2880 x 1880 pixels and 120Hz refresh rate. There will also be four speakers, NFC compatibility, a keyboard, and stylus support.
