Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman predicts Apple will announce two new iPad Pro tablets with M2 chips “in a matter of days”. It is expected that the 11″ and 12.9″ devices will receive a mild upgrade and be able to charge more efficiently.

The iPad Pro is expected to arrive before Apple’s quarterly and annual earnings announcement on October 27. It is not planned to hold an event for the launch – a press release will be posted on the company’s website instead.

We may even see reverse wireless charging with the new iPad Pro, allowing the tablet to share its battery with an iPhone or AirPods case. In addition to iOS 16, iPadOS 16 will be released this year – a software update typically released alongside iOS.

Gurman believes that Apple Watch Ultra stock shortages are caused by the band, not the device. Neither the yellow nor blue Trail loop, nor the orange Alpine loop, are easy to locate. Some Watch Ultra models will not arrive until the first week of November due to this delay.
