In recent weeks, Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro smartphones have been making headlines. The brand has yet to make an official announcement regarding the handsets. The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro are expected to launch in the first week of October, according to a new leak.
A tip from popular tipper Abhishek Yadav has been shared on his official Twitter handle. The image appears to be an announcement about a launch event. Xiaomi has scheduled a launch event for October 4. There is no mention of the products that will debut. A long-awaited Xiaomi 12T series may, however, be unveiled at this alleged event, according to Yadav.
The official launch date for the series has not yet been confirmed by Xiaomi. We can expect to hear an official announcement in the next few days.

Xiaomi 12T:

Xiaomi 12T comes with a smaller 6.67 inches center punch-hole display on the front. It gets quad-curved edges with slimmer bezels surrounding the display. On the back, we got triple rear cameras which look similar to Oppo Reno6 series-like module. Further, we can notice the mention of 108MP on the camera module.

 

It measures 8.6mm thick & weighs 182g. The Xiaomi 12T sports a smaller 6.67 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also gets 12-bit colors, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 1100-nits brightness.

The Xiaomi 12T comes with Dimensity 8100 Ultra SoC. The Xiaomi 12T will come with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Xiaomi 12T features a 108MP f/1.9 aperture main sensor with OIS support. It comes with 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a 123-degree FOV along with a 2MP macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture. The Xiaomi 12T will feature a 20MP selfie shooter.

The Xiaomi 12T packs a 5000 mAh battery with 120W fast-wired charging support. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE & 5G support, NFC, IR blaster, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and USB Type-C port with X-axis linear motor. It also gets stereo speakers powered by Harmon Kardon. It runs on MIUI 13 with Android 12 OS out of the box.
