A few details about Apple’s next-generation iPhone 14 series smartphones have already leaked online ahead of the official announcement.
Recent leaks have revealed the colour options for the upcoming Apple iPhone 14 Pro model.
Weibo leaks reveal that Apple will offer the iPhone 14 Pro in five different colours. There are three standard colours – Gold, Graphite, and Silver – as well as two new colours – Blue and Purple.
As reported previously, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will be available in a new Purple finish. Currently, it is believed that the new colour option will only be available for the Pro models.
Reports indicate that the purple-coloured iPhone 14 Pro has a unique finish that changes colour tone depending on lighting conditions. In the past couple of years, Apple introduced the Purple colour option for the iPhone 12 series.
Apple will launch the iPhone 14 series along with the Watch Series 8 models at a launch event scheduled for 7th September. The new entry-level iPad and the M2-powered iPad Pro are also expected to be launched in October.
