Previously we saw Samsung announcing the first-ever foldable smartphone with Galaxy Fold last year. We even saw various leaks about the Galaxy Fold 2 might come with the clamshell-like form factor. later we got to know that the device will be branded as Galaxy Z Flip and not the Galaxy Fold 2.
Now we have a new set of leaks which confirms Samsung has not yet dropped plans for Galaxy Fold 2 yet. As per the tipster, the new Galaxy Fold 2 will sport larger 8 inches foldable display with UTG on top. Further, the new Galaxy Fold 2 will come with 108MP rear sensor this time.
The new Galaxy Fold 2 will become the first foldable smartphone to have support for S-Pen. As expected the new Galaxy Fold 2 will be powered by SD865 SoC with 5G support thanks to Snapdragon X55 5G modem. Lastly, the tipster confirmed that Galaxy Fold 2 will now push for Q2 of 2020.
