The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s battery size has been a topic of discussion. According to some rumours, the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s battery will be larger than the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s, which is 5,000 mAh. According to a new leak from China, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a slightly larger battery.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will be powered by a 5,200 mAh battery, according to the source. Even though that’s hardly an upgrade, it’s a step in the right direction since the past few Ultra models shipped with a 5,000 mAh battery.
Moreover, this rumour contradicts a Chinese certification from August that stated the Galaxy S26 Ultra would pack a 4,855 mAh battery, meaning the advertised capacity would be 5,000 mAh. At this point, we’ll have to wait for more sources to confirm the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s battery capacity.
According to previous rumours, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will support 60W wired charging and 25W wireless charging. The Galaxy S25 Ultra supports 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.
