CES is all begun with a bang after series of laptop launches we now have some major announcement from the popular mobile chipset maker Qualcomm. As per the company, 2019 will be named with a year of 5G devices.
Qualcomm confirms that in 2019 nearly 30 devices including smartphones will ship with 5G support. The company also revealed that they have won almost all chip contract for the launch of 5G smartphones. Further, we also have Samsung launching the new 5G smartphone in partnership with Sprint later this year which is also powering the Qualcomm modem.
Qualcomm’s CEO, Cristiano Amon, also showed the latest Snapdragon X50 modem which made its debut with Moto Z3 5G Mod and is likely to make its way to major flagship smartphones this year.
