The latest High-Resolution renders were leaked by a Digital artist on Reddit yesterday. The same person even leaked the Orginal Google Pixel renders last year so we might expect this to be the credible leaked image.As per the above images, we can see there are four colour variants for Google Pixel 2 with Silver, Red, Brown and black colours.The Silver colour comes with White bezels at the front and remaining all other colours come with black bezels.
As per earlier leaks, the Google Pixel 2 will be manufactured by HTC and it has got codenamed as Walleye.Even with the latest leaks, we can see the thick regular bezels on top and bottom of the display similar to Pixel and Pixel XL.But now it comes with QHD display having an aspect ratio of 16:9.
At the back, we can see the single camera sensor with an LED flash beside it at the top left corner of the black plate. The fingerprint scanner is located below the black plate. As per earlier leaks, the upcoming Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL were rumoured to come with rear mounted fingerprint scanner and there will be no more physical Home button instead will have onscreen navigation buttons.
Now there will be no 3.5 mm audio port on both Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.Both the devices will come with Edge Sense feature one found on HTC U11.As per earlier leaks, the larger brother Pixel 2 XL will be manufactured by LG Electronics this time.It is rumoured to come with Dual camera setup at the back and also will have LG FullVision display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL is expected to launch in October this year.
