After introducing the Galaxy A07 4G back in August, Samsung is now preparing to roll out its 5G counterpart, the Galaxy A07 5G. The device has appeared in a new Geekbench listing, giving us an early look at some of its core hardware.
The phone shows up on Geekbench under the model number SM-A076B, which is believed to correspond to the Galaxy A07 5G. The listing confirms that the handset runs Android 16 and has 4GB of RAM.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A07 5G is powered by an octa-core chipset with six cores clocked at 2.00 GHz and two performance cores running at 2.40 GHz. These CPU details align with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, the same processor that powers the earlier Galaxy A06 5G.
In terms of performance, the alleged Galaxy A07 5G achieves 729 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 1,878 points in the multi-core test.
According to earlier leaks, the Galaxy A07 5G is expected to debut either later this month or in early January. It will likely bring only modest upgrades over its predecessor, focusing more on incremental improvements rather than a complete overhaul.
As always with pre-launch benchmarks and leaks, final specifications and performance figures may differ slightly once Samsung officially announces the device.
