The vivo X300 Ultra will be the last model in the X300 lineup and the replacement for the X200 Ultra. Although Vivo has not yet released any official information on the Ultra variant, several leaks have emerged, the most recent of which disclosed the device’s battery capacity and anticipated release date.
A source claims that the X300 Ultra will launch in Q1 2026, coinciding with the X200 Ultra’s April 2026 launch.
The insider also mentions that a 7,000 mAh battery will be included in Vivo’s next flagship phone. In contrast, the new X300 Pro receives a 6,510mAh battery, whereas the X200 Ultra had a 6,000mAh cell.
According to rumours, the Vivo X300 Ultra would include a bigger 50MP ultrawide sensor, two 200MP cameras, and be sold worldwide.
