Oppo debuted the Reno14 smartphone series in China in May. The Reno14 and 14 Pro are now being made accessible in more areas by the brand. Meanwhile, rumours concerning the next-generation Reno15 series have already begun to circulate. A fresh leak, provided by tipster Smart Pikachu, confirms the display sizes that surfaced in a previous leak and includes information on the launch schedule.
The source claims that the Oppo Reno15 series will go on sale in China in November of this year. Two sizes will be offered: a small model with a 6.3-inch flat screen and a larger model with a 6.78-inch screen for those who prefer larger displays. Although precise design specifications are still pending, it is anticipated that the phones will retain the thin, lightweight design characteristic of the Reno series.
Regarding photography, the Reno15 series is rumoured to include a significant camera improvement and a flagship-grade camera sensor. The colour reproduction will be significantly enhanced, he continued. The Reno15 series will reportedly feature a 200-megapixel primary camera with a large sensor, according to a recent leak from DCS.
Additionally, Oppo could introduce several premium photography features, such as sophisticated picture sensors and colour correction, from the Find X8 series to the Reno15. Both Reno15 models are expected to feature a periscope telephoto lens, similar to the one used in the Reno14 series. Additionally, the new version will still have bigger batteries that facilitate wireless charging and a metal central frame.
The most recent software, Android 16 with ColorOS 16 as its foundation, is one of the significant improvements that the Reno 15 series will see. The Find X9 range, which is set to debut in China in September or October, will be the first to feature this.
