This September, Apple will release the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with the iPhone 17 Air. We’ve already heard a lot about this next ultra-slim smartphone.

We’ve seen dummy units of the iPhone 17 Air before, but it doesn’t hurt to look at another one. Yes. Here’s a hands-on video featuring a black iPhone 17 Air dummy device, showcasing its design and slim profile.

There are reports that the iPhone 17 Air is 5.5mm or 5.65mm thick, although the actual thickness has not been confirmed yet. No matter what it is, it will be fragile and light at only 145g. And it needs to be, so that you overlook the little 2,800 mAh battery and the one camera on the back. These are two things that had to be given up to make it so thin.

The iPhone 17 Air should have 12GB of RAM, just like the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. It should also have a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It might be the only iPhone 17 model with a titanium frame, since the Pro and Pro Max are said to be reverting to aluminium after experimenting with stainless steel and titanium for a few years.
